FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHWEST OHIO

SMALL STREAMS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THEIR BANKS THROUGH MID MORNING IN
PUTNAM COUNTY. MANY ROADS REMAIN CLOSED ALONG STREAMS AND RIVERS...
ESPECIALLY ALONG THE OTTAWA RIVER AND SUGAR CREEK.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
