A CHECK WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS EARLY THIS MORNING INDICATED
NUMEROUS TOWNSHIP...COUNTY...AND STATE ROADS STILL FLOODED IN THE
WARNING AREAS. WITH RAINFALL NOW ENDED AND COLDER AIR SPILLING INTO THE
AREA MOST STREAMS HAVE CRESTED AND WILL BEGIN FALLING LATER
THIS MORNING. SOME STANDING WATER WILL REMAIN IN LOW LYING
AREAS ONCE THE STREAMS RETURN WITHIN THEIR BANKS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.
