A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF VERMONT EXCEPT BENNINGTON AND WINDHAM COUNTIES UNTIL 7 AM THURSDAY MORNING... FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY UNTIL 1115PM... FRANKLIN AND CHITTENDEN COUNTIES UNTIL 115AM...AND FOR LAMOILLE COUNTY UNTIL 130AM...
