AUTHORITIES REPORT AREAS OF LOCAL LOW LEVEL FLOODING OVER THE AREA.
RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER THE AREA AND THE RAIN
WILL CONTINUE TO FALL THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.
 
SEVERAL ROADS OVER THE AREA HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO THE RISING WATER.
IN ADDITION A TEMPORARY BRIDGE HAS WASHED OUT IN STEUBEN COUNY ALONG
MARSH ROAD.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUNDd.
