EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHEAST CHERRY...THE CITY OF VALENTINE

AT 7 29 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND JUST NORTHEAST
OF VALENTINE NEBRASKA AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE STORM
IN ADDITION TO PRODUCING THIS TORNADO...ALSO WAS PRODUCING GOLFBALL
SIZE HAIL JUST NORTHEAST OF VALENTINE NEBRASKA.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM...TAKE COVER NOW.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.
