000 TTAA00 KMSP 160040 COR SVRMSP MNC085-171-019-053-160130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING....CORRECTION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MINNEAPOLIS MN 739 PM CDT SUN JUN 15 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF CENTRAL MINNESOTA...EASTERN MCLEOD...SOUTHERN WRIGHT...CARVER AND WESTERN HENNEPIN AT.. 730 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM SOUTHERN WRIGHT COUNTY INTO CENTRAL MECLEOD COUNTY WHICH IS ABOUT 40 MILES WEST OF THE TWIN CITIES METRO AREA. AT 715 PM..GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED BETWEEN HECTOR AND BUFFALO LAKE IN EASTERN RENVILLE COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED. RICHARDSON
