THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST BLUE EARTH AND LESUEUR

AT 840 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 3 MILES
NORTH OF MANKATO IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.....IF IN
 YOUR HOME YOUR SAFEST PLACE IS IN A BASEMENT BELOW GROUND
 LEVEL. IF IN A MOBILE HOME MOVE IMMEDIATELY TO A STURDY
 PERMANENT SHELTER. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE OPEN TRY TO TAKE
 COVER IN A DEPRESSION LIKE A DITCH OR CULVERT.
