THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...FREEBORN

AT 945 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE HIGHWAY PATROL
15 MILES NORTHWEST OF ALBERT LEA NEAR THE TOWN OF HARTLAND
IN SOUTHCENTRAL MINNESOTA.  THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 40MPH.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.....IF IN
 YOUR HOME YOUR SAFEST PLACE IS IN A BASEMENT BELOW GROUND
 LEVEL. IF IN A MOBILE HOME MOVE IMMEDIATEL?Y TO A STURDY
