THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MINNESOTA...EASTERN RENVILLE...WESTERN MCLEOD AND WESTERN 
 SIBLEY

AT 655 PM CDT..A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR IN
EASTERN RENVILLE COUNTY OF CENTRAL MINNESOTA NEAR THE CITY OF
OLIVIA.

A STRONG POTENTIAL FOR LARGE HAIL WAS INDICATED WITH THIS
THUNDERSTORM. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE HECTOR..HUTCHINSON AND
WINTHROP.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE
HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOcOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
