000 TTAA00 KLBB 300205 TORLBB TXC305-300300- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LUBBOCK TX 903 PM CDT MON SEP 29 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF WEST TEXAS...LYNN AT 900 PM LUBBOCK RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN NORTHWEST LYNN COUNTY 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PETTY...THIS IS ABOUT 15 MILES NORNTHWEST OF TAHOKA. SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD AT THIS LOCATION AT THE SAME TIME. THIS STORM WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST. LARGE HAIL AND INTENSE LIGHTNING MAY ALSO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STORM.

AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHWEST DICKENS COUNTY. STRONGEST STORMS
WERE FROM EXTREME NORTHWEST LUBBOCK COUNTY NORTHEAST THROUGH HALE COUNTY.
