000 TTAA00 KLBB 300045 TORLBB TXC189-300145- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LUBBOCK TX 743 PM CDT MON SEP 29 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF WEST TEXAS...HALE AT 740 PM RADAR WAS INDICATING A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN SOUTHERN HALE COUNTY...NEAR ABERNATHY. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN REVEIVED WITHIN THE PAST 5 MINUTES BETWEEN ABERNATHY AND HALE CENTER. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
