EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS... MADISON... ST. CLAIR
EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI... ST. CHARLES... ST. LOUIS... WARREN... ST.
LOUIS CITY
AT 635 PM CDT...HEAVY RAIN WAS REPORTED OVER WARREN AND ST CHARLES
COUNTIES...MOVING INTO THE ST LOUIS METROPOLITAN AREA. SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS WERE FLOODING IN WARREN AND ST CHARLES COUNTIES DUE TO
THIS RAINFALL. THE RAIN IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN
HOUR.
FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THIS AREA. IF YOU LIVE

AT AT 115 PM CDT...ST LOUIS WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THE MAIN AREA OF RAIN HAD SHIFTED TO THE NORTH OF ST LOUIS AND WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN HAS DIMINISHED OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI THIS AFTERNOON..INCLUDING THE ST LOUIS AREA. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SCATTERED SHOWERS..BUT AMOUNTS SHOULD BE RELATIVELY LIGHT. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHWEST THROUGH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI. SLAUGHTER
