THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1250 AM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
 
WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS... ADAMS BROWN PIKE
    
NORTHEAST MISSOURI... LEWIS... MARION... MONROE... RALLS... SHELBY



RAINFALL ESTIMATED IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THESE  
COUNTIES SINCE 7PM RESULTING IN THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING. 
FLASH FLOODING WAS BEGINNING IN THE HANNIBAL AREA WITH SEVERAL ROADS 
UNDER WATER. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED MORE HEAVY  
RAIN THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA THROUGH AT LEAST MIDNIGHT. THIS 
WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING. 


FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THIS AREA.  IF YOU LIVE
