STRONG GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY RAINS...AND EVEN SOME SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE AS THIS STORM MOVES NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 20 MILES AN HOUR. SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CHEYENNE WY 550 PM MDT SAT JUN 7 1986 AT 545 PM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT CHEYENNE INDICATED A COUPLE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF WHEATLAND WYOMING...OR SOME 100 MILES NORTH OF CHEYENNE. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE BETWEEN LARAMIE PEAK NORTHWEST OF WHEATLAND AND GLENDO IN NORTHWEST PLATTE COUNTY. STRONG GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY RAINS...AND SOME SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE FROM THESE STORMS AS THEY MOVE NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR.
