THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL 900 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTHEAST WYOMING..CENTRAL GOSHEN

AT 810 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL BETWEEN
LINGLE WYOMING AND FORT LARAMIE..OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF
TORRINGTON.  ALSO..AT 815 PM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC
10 MILES NORTH OF TORRINGTON.  BOTH THE TORNADO AND FUNNEL CLOUD WERE
MOVING SOUTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH.

PEOPLE IN THE TOWNS OF LINGLE AND TORRINGTON SHOULD TAKE COVER
IMMEDIATELY.  GO TO A BASEMOENT OR A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
