EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA...SCOTTS BLUFF AND SOUTHERN SIOUX

AT 830 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC NEAR HENRY
NEBRASKA..OR 27 MILES NORTHWEST OF SCOTTSBLUFF.  A TORNADO WAS
ALSO REPORTED WITH THIS STORM AROUND 810 PM MDT BY THE TORRINGTON
WYOMING FIRE DEPARTMENT.  THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES
AN HOUR.
