- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, January 26 to 30, 2023A multi-day period of snowfall across much of southeast Wyoming areas receiving over 6 inches of snowfall while mountain area received multiple feet of snow accumulation.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, December 25 to 26, 2009An upper level disturbance on the west coast moved southward over the southern Rockies and then out onto the southern plains from approximately December 21st through the 26th. This system affected the Cheyenne CWA in two waves.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, March 13 to 14, 2019A well deepening Colorado Low underwent bombogenesis producing widespread heavy snow and blizzard conditions across all of southeastern Wyoming.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, March 13 to 15, 2021Historic winter storm crippled much of southeast Wyoming with heavy wet snow followed by strong winds and blizzard conditions. Cheyenne received 22.7 inches of snowfall in 24 hours (storm total 30.8 inches) with 4 to 6 foot drifts developing all over.
- Blizzard and Heavy Snow in Wyoming, October 19 to 21, 2019A deepening low pressure system and frontal boundary moved across the region producing widespread high winds across southeastern Wyoming with light snowfall while in Carbon County blizzard conditions were reported by Arlington stopping traffic for a period of time.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, December 20 to 21, 2006A slow moving winter storm produced blizzard conditions over much of southeastern Wyoming, producing whiteout conditions, drifts up to 5 feet and closing most roads. One person died during the storm while attempting to find aid after becoming stranded in their vehicle.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, April 4 to 6, 1997Strong winds combined with snow amounts of generally 8 to 12 inches to create widespread blizzard conditions in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska panhandle. By 845 PM April 4 all roads had been closed in and out of Cheyenne except for Interstate 25.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, October 3 to 5, 2013A historic blizzard pounded northeastern Wyoming with heavy snow and strong winds. Snowfall ranged from six inches to more than two feet with blowing and drifting snow reducing visibility to near zero.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, March 28 to 30, 2007A slow-moving low pressure system produced widespread heavy snow and gusty wind crippling much of central Wyoming. Strong southerly pre-frontal wind gusts of around 60 mph were common ahead of the storm.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, March 23 to 24, 2009A powerful spring storm brought blizzard conditions to northeastern Wyoming. Heavy snow and wind gusts over 60 mph produced significant blowing and drifting snow, reducing visibilities to near zero for many hours.
- Blizzard and High Wind in Wyoming, November 1, 2000An intense winter storm brought high winds and heavy, wet snowfall to portions of northeastern Wyoming. In Crook and Weston Counties, snowfall rates were one to two inches an hour.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, April 10 to 11, 2001A powerful winter storm produced blizzard conditions over much of far southeast Wyoming,resulting in some power outages and closing many roads.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, March 30 to 31, 2009The second blizzard in a week brought heavy snow and strong winds to northeastern Wyoming, which produced near zero visibilities and blowing and drifting snow. Snowfall amounts were generally six to 12 inches, with locally higher amounts, and drifts several feet high.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, October 4 to 5, 19988 to 12 inches of heavy, wet snow fell across eastern Converse County and Niobrara County. The heavy snow downed trees and power lines. Ice build up was up to 6 inches around many power lines.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, October 24 to 25, 1997An early season blizzard dumped up to 20 inches of snow in areas of southeastern Wyoming, downing power poles and power lines as well as making many roads impassable.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, April 21 to 22, 2001The second major winter storm in 10 days produced heavy snow over much of southeast Wyoming, with blizzard conditions in some spots. 12 to 16 inches of snow fell in Douglas, Lusk, Elk Mountainand Medicine Bow, WY, with 8 to 10 inches recorded in Wheatland and Cheyenne.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, March 17 to 19, 2003A powerful winter storm produced heavy snow and blizzard conditions over much of southeastWyoming over a 2 1/2 day period, closing most roads and isolating many areas. Snowfallamounts of 2 to 3 feet were reported over the Laramie Range west of Cheyenne, WY.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, February 20 to 23, 2023Widespread snowfall occurred over much of southeast Wyoming on the 21st through the 23rd. Heaviest snowfall occurred over much of Carbon County in south-central Wyoming with blizzard conditions leading to an extended closure of Interstate 80 through the area.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, November 5 to 6, 2008An intense fall storm system brought blizzard conditions to the Colony area. Heavy snow and strong winds reduced visibility to near zero for several hours. Snowfall around one foot was reported with significant drifting.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, March 22 to 23, 2016A potent Pacific low pressure system tracked northeast across Colorado and produced moderate to heavy snowfall and strong north to northeast winds. Gusts of 40 to 55 mph produced blizzard conditions with zero visibilities in falling and blowing snow.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, December 12 to 13, 2008A vigorous cold front and associated low pressure brought dramatic temperature and wind changes to much of western Wyoming on Saturday, December 13. The heaviest snow fell in the mountains and higher valleys of western Wyoming in advance of the arctic cold frontal surge.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, February 22 to 24, 2017An intense Pacific low pressure system produced heavy snowfall and strong winds up to 50 mph across east central, south central and southeast Wyoming. The strong winds caused blizzard conditions over western Carbon County in south central Wyoming.
- Blizzard and High Wind in Wyoming, February 16 to 18, 2018Prolonged and widespread high winds developed over much of southeast Wyoming. Frequent gusts of 60 to 70 mph were observed.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Wyoming, February 19 to 23, 2023Slow-moving low pressure combined with ample moisture from an atmospheric river brought heavy snow and strong wind to much of western and central Wyoming.
- Blizzard in Wyoming, January 16 to 18, 1996Strong winds, snow and cold temperatures combined to create blizzard conditions over east and north Wyoming. During that time, winds gusted to as high as 55 MPH creating wind chill temperatures as low as 70 degrees below zero.
