- Tornado and Flash Flooding in Utah, July 24 to 28, 2021An active monsoon surge brought several back-to-back days of thunderstorms producing heavy rain, damaging wind gusts, and hail across the state.
- Flash Flood and Damaging Wind in Utah, July 11 to 13, 2011Thunderstorms formed across northern Utah again on July 13th. One of these storms produced a major flash flood near Tabiona, which resulted in one fatality, while two other deaths occurred due to lightning strikes in the Scofield area and San Rafael Desert.

Two tornadoes were reported on September 22, and other significant impacts included strong gusty winds, large hail, and widespread flash flooding.

Each of these days across northern Utah, widespread thunderstorms and flooding impacted the region. Very heavy rainfall impacted West Valley City, Honeyville, and Draper in particular.

Ahead of and along this boundary there was enough moisture to result in isolated to scattered convective development, with much of this activity higher based in nature.

- Hail and Damaging Winds in Utah, August 12, 1997Severe thunderstorms developed on this date across northern Utah. A semi-trailer was blown over on I-70 just south of Green River. 3/4" diameter hail was reported in Kanosh and on Johnson's Pass near Dugway.
- Damaging Wind and Lightning Strike in Utah, July 10, 1998A microburst wind gust to 72 mph (62kts) was measured at the Muskrat Springs RAWS from a severe thunderstorm. Lightning claimed the life of a construction worker in Draper and injured 2 co-workers.
- Damaging Wind in Utah, March 27, 2001Two men were canoeing on Jordanelle Reservoir when thunderstorm outflow winds estimated at 45mph (39kts) capsized the canoe. The men were thrown into the 34 degree water about 25 feet from shore, but they were pushed out further by the wind as they hung onto the canoe.
- Flash Flooding and Damaging Wind in Utah, July 21 to 24, 2012Subtropical moisture continued to move into Utah, creating scattered showers and thunderstorms across much of the state. However, the strongest storms were located over southern Utah, where flash flooding and strong thunderstorm winds were both observed.
