- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, December 26 to 28, 2015A potent storm system brought deadly tornadoes and severe weather to North Texas on the 26th followed by waves of heavy rainfall that resulted in significant flooding across parts of North and Central Texas.
- Flooding in Texas, October 17 to 21, 1998Flooding along the Guadalupe RiverThe Guadalupe River at New Braunfels crested at 35.1 feet, with flood stage at 7 feet. This was over three feet higher than the disastrous flood of May 12, 1972.
- Flooding in Texas, October 17 to 20, 1998Flooding along the San Antonio River, Cibolo Creek and Geronimo CreekIn Bexar County, the San Antonio River begins just below Olmos Dam where it merges with spring flow.
- Tropical Storm and Storm Surge in Texas, August 26 to 31, 2017Harvey moved across the Gulf of Mexico into the central Texas Coast during the last week of August. After the initial landfall, the cyclone moved back into the gulf a couple days later and then made another landfall in Southwest Louisiana during the morning of the 30th.
- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Texas, June 1 to 3, 2016An upper level low pressure center moved eastward into Central Texas late Wednesday June 1 and Thursday June 2, meandered over the area Friday June 3, then dropped southward to South Texas on Saturday June 4.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, April 27 to 30, 2016A warm front and a dry line combined to produce another round of severe weather across the region. Three tornadoes occurred on April 29th producing relatively minor damage equivalent to EF-0 damage.

- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Texas, May 27 to 31, 2015The end of May brought widespread flooding to north and central Texas. By the end of the month, the region had essentially erased a four year drought in less than four weeks. Several area lakes were in surcharge capacity and releasing water downstream.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, March 27 to 30, 2025Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms pummeled the Lower Rio Grande Valley, especially during the afternoon and overnight hours of March 27th into early on March 28th, resulting in historic seasonal rainfall and widespread flash and areal flooding across the RGV.

- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, March 29 to 31, 2007An upper low pressure system situated to the west brought large scale lift to north Texas. Southerly winds brought deep rich moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. These and other factors caused numerous thunderstorms to develop.
- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Texas, October 8 to 9, 2018Upper level disturbances interacted with plenty of gulf moisture to produce rounds of very heavy rain. In fact, very heavy rainfall moved north into Kimble County from Edwards County, up the South Llano River watershed area during the early morning hours of Monday, October 8.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, March 7 to 11, 2016This was a multi-day severe weather and flood event. It started with a large-scale upper level low pressure system which deepened over the Four-Corners region. Moisture and instability increased in advance of this system.
- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Texas, November 26 to 30, 2015An Arctic cold front pushed south through north Texas Thanksgiving night through the following morning. Showers and thunderstorms accompanied the front, then continued through the weekend as a strong overrunning pattern remained in place after the front moved through the area.
- Flash Flooding and Flood in Texas, July 1 to 6, 2002Additional showers and thunderstorms continued to develop through the afternoon and into the evening of July 1 over the Kendall-Bexar-Comal County area.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, September 7 to 8, 2010The remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine moved through the western portions of north Texas dropping several inches of water in some locations and producing 8 tornadoes. Significant flash flooding occurred during the late evening hours of September 7th through September 8th.
- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Texas, March 11 to 13, 2007Thunderstorms formed along a cold front over much of South Central Texas and in advance of an upper level low moving eastward across New Mexico.
- Flood in Texas, October 17 to 19, 1998Plum Creek at Lockhart crested at 22.2 feet, with flood stage at 15 feet. The Creek was reported to be near a mile wide, flooding Highway 183 near Lockhart.
