- Frost and Freeze in Tennessee, April 7 to 8, 2007An arctic airmass moved over much of West Tennessee during the early morning hours of April 8, 2007. Record-breaking low temperatures occurred over the area as a result.

- Frost and Freeze in Tennessee, March 3 to 7, 2019An outbreak of unseasonably cold weather occurred from the 3rd through the 7th over much of the region. Overnight lows were in the 20s with highs only reaching the 30s and 40s. In fact, on the 4th, several locations stay at or below freezing through the entire day.
