- Frost and Freeze in Oregon, November 15 to 18, 2014An upper ridge of high pressure and easterly winds resulted in widespread freezing temperatures from November 15th through November 18th. No crop formation was damaged, but frost formation on roads and bridges resulted in several traffic accidents, including one fatality.

The above observations and others verified the warning with recorded low temperatures ranging from 21 to 32 degrees.
