- Extreme Cold in Oregon, December 5 to 11, 2009A frigid Arctic air mass moved into Oregon December 5th and remained over the area through December 12th, when it finally abated as a Pacific system approached the area.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, November 1 to 4, 2002An arctic front moved through the state on October 29th, bringing much colder temperatures which lasted into the first four days in November.
- Extreme Cold and Heavy Snow in Oregon, November 21 to 24, 2010An Arctic cold front combined with Pacific moisture to produce widespread heavy snowfall and very cold temperatures.

- Extreme Cold in Oregon, February 12, 2025Strong northerly flow, combined with clear and dry conditions, led to an Arctic air outbreak across the Interior Northwest the morning of February 12th.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, April 28 to 29, 2000A Frost Warning was issued for the above four zones this night. Unfortunately, the warning for zones ORZ024 and ORZ026 was issued erroneously, as Frost Warnings for these zones do not begin until May 1st.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, October 11 to 12, 2002A Frost Warning was issued for the above zones effective at the above times. Reported low temperatures ranged from 26 to 33, so it appears that this warning verified...with some areas meeting Freeze Warning criteria.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, May 31, 2000A major freeze occurred on the morning of 05/31/00 with no warning issued. The Klamath Falls Herald and News reported extensive damage to area crops, especially sugar beets. Beet damage ranged from moderate to a total loss.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 8 to 9, 2000A Frost Warning was issued for the zones listed above at the time listed above. Reported low temperatures were sufficient for frost formation in all three zones, but no frost was reported.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 1, 2000A Freeze Warning was issued for most of Klamath and all of Lake County at 1015 PDT on 05/31/00. Some freezing temperatures were observed but it appears that most of the area remained above freezing.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, July 3 to 4, 2000A Frost Warning was issued for the above zones. Reported low temperatures were mostly in the 30s, so frost likely occurred on this night...although no reports were received.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, September 22 to 23, 2000A Frost Warning was issued for the above areas at the above times. Reported low temperatures were in the 20s. It appears that this was the "killing frost" for the fall season.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, September 21, 2000A Frost Warning was issued for the above areas at 1505 PDT but it was cancelled at 2136 PDT because of forecast winds and sky cover. Low temperatures were mostly in the upper 30s to lower 40s...with some higher elevation stations in the lower 30s.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, September 5 to 6, 2000Based on forecast low temperatures, a Frost Warning was issued for the above zones. Reported low temperatures were mostly in the lower to middle 30s, and temperatures below 30 degrees appeared to be isolated. No frost was reported, but it likely did form.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, August 19 to 20, 2000Based on forecast low temperatures, light winds, and mostly clear skies, a Frost Warning was issued for the above zones. While several stations reported low temperatures in the middle 30s, it appears that the winds remained strong enough to prevent a widespread frost episode.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 3 to 4, 2001A Freeze Warning was issued this night. Reported low temperatures ranged from 17 to 31 with all but one reporting station verifying the warning.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 2 to 3, 2001A Frost Warning was issued for this night. Reported low temperatures ranged from 25 to 34. Two stations met freeze warning criteria. No frost was reported, but it likely formed this night. A Freeze Warning may have been more appropriate, but it was a borderline situation.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 3 to 4, 2001A Frost Warning was issued for this night. Reported low temperatures ranged from 30 to 39. No frost was reported, but it likely did form this night.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, May 2 to 3, 2001A Frost Warning was issued at 1430 PDT on 5/2 for Oregon zones 023/024/026. It expired the following morning. Most reported temperatures were in the 30s and a few stations dipped below freezing.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, August 1, 2001A Frost Warning was issued for the above zones at 1544 PDT on 07/31/01. The observed low temperatures ranged from 33 to 43. It is likely that frost developed in the colder areas this night, but the spatial coverage of the frost is unknown, so the warning cannot be verified.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 12 to 13, 2001A Frost Warning was issued this night for the above zones. The night wound up being colder than expected, observed low temperatures ranged from 23 to 36 degrees. Several key stations reported lows below 30 degrees; a freeze warning may have been more appropriate for this night.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, June 9 to 10, 2001A Frost Warning was issued this night for the zones listed above. Observed low temperatures ranged from 31 to 42. No frost was reported, but it likely did form in the colder areas this night.
- Extreme Cold in Oregon, July 16 to 17, 2001A Frost Warning was issued for the above zones effective at the above dates and times. Observed low temperatures ranged from 29 to 40. No frost was reported, but it likely did form this night.
