- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, December 10 to 11, 2010A storm system began to organize across the Upper Midwest Friday afternoon, and intensified late Friday night and into Saturday as it moved across northern Iowa.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, December 30 to 31, 2006Strong low pressure moving from the southern plains through eastern Wisconsin brought copious amounts of precipitation to northeastern Minnesota December 30th and 31st.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, October 26 to 28, 2017Winter came early for much of the Northland in October. Some areas received upwards of a foot of snow while other areas received very little.

- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, January 12, 2009A fast moving, but intense Alberta Clipper system, brought light snowfall across much of southern and portions of west central Minnesota Monday January 12th. However, very strong winds developed as an area of low pressure intensified across central Minnesota.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, January 3 to 5, 1997A powerful area of low pressure and a deep Arctic High brought all winter elements to Big Stone and Traverse counties. The Winter storm first began with widespread freezing rain, where significant accmumlations of ice occurred on roads, trees, and power lines.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, April 12 to 13, 2020A significant late season storm system dropped heavy snow on portions of southeast Minnesota on Easter Sunday, April 12th. The driver of a car was killed when they collided with a tow truck parked on the shoulder of U.S. Highway 52 in Rochester.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, April 14 to 16, 2018This was an unusually strong mid-April snowstorm. The area of low pressure tracked slowly from the Central Plains to south of the Great Lakes before lifting into eastern Canada. It brought heavy snow as far north and west as northeast MN.

- Winter Storm and Winter Weather in Minnesota, April 10 to 11, 2019A strong early spring storm system produced snow, sleet and freezing rain across southeast Minnesota from April 10th into the 11th. Snowfall amounts generally ranged from 3 to 7 inches.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, January 27, 2013Ice accumulations up to a quarter of an inch from freezing rain were reported across southeast Minnesota from a winter storm that impacted the region on January 27th. The winter storm originated over South Dakota and then moved almost due east into Wisconsin.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, April 10 to 12, 2019There were multiple waves of precipitation that occurred with this major winter storm that lasted for more than two days.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, November 26 to 27, 2001Heavy snow fell overnight with snow accumulations ranging from 6 to 17 inches. The highest amounts occurred from southern Cass County, through southern Crow Wing County and Aitkin County to Pine County. Snowfall in these areas ranged from 8 to 17 inches.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, February 23 to 24, 2019A strong winter storm dumped 4 to 14 inches of snow across southeast Minnesota from February 23rd into the 24th. As the snow was winding down, the winds increased with sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph common along with gusts of 45 to 55 mph.
- Winter Storm and Winter Weather in Minnesota, December 18 to 20, 2024On December 19th, a potent winter system brought heavy snow amounts as high as 5 to 8 inches in a narrow band near the Interstate 90 corridor beginning in the morning hours and continuing through the overnight.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, March 15, 2021A late season winter storm moved across the region on March 15th. This storm dumped sleet and snow on portions of southeast Minnesota with accumulations ranging from 4 to 10 inches. Roads became snow covered and slippery and numerous schools canceled classes for the day.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, March 8 to 9, 1999Strong surface low pressure system moved out of the Rockies and into the central Great Plains. The center of this Winter Storm tracked across central Iowa with snow seen as far north as central Minnesota.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, April 13 to 15, 2018A prolonged snow storm event with historic snowfall totals for the month of April, started Friday, April 13th, and lasted until late Sunday night April 15th.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Minnesota, January 17 to 18, 2020A large storm system, which produced heavy snow during the onset, switched over to freezing drizzle, then back to light snow before transitioning to blowing snow and blizzard conditions.
- Winter Storm in Minnesota, November 28 to 30, 2025A significant and prolonged winter storm moved into the region late on November 28th, bringing moderate snow for a roughly 36 hour period before exiting the region by the early morning hours on November 30th.
