- Tornadoes and Hail in Michigan, August 24, 2023Severe storms developed during the evening hours in an extremely unstable environment. Two tornadoes occurred. The first tornado touched down in west central Kent County from Alpine Township to Plainfield Township and was rated an EF-1.

- Tornadoes and Flood in Michigan, June 8 to 10, 2008NWS storm survey teams determined that one EF1 tornado struck Osceola county. Another EF1 tornado struck Eaton county and continued into extreme western Ingham county before dissipating. Extensive damage was documented in association with both tornadoes.

An EF-2 tornado struck Ingham county, resulting in millions of dollars worth of damage and two fatalities. About a hundred structures were damaged in a subdivision on the south side of Williamston in Ingham county.
