- Flooding and Rip Currents in Guam, April 7 to 8, 2002At 1520 dispatchers at 911 received a call of a kayaker over the reef along the East Hagatna Bay. Local and military rescue units responded and began the search. They searched the waters from Oka point to Cabras Island.
- Flooding and Rip Current in Guam, September 11 to 27, 1998Active Monsoon trough developed in the region of Guam. The trough and a few weak circulations that developed in the trough brought periods of heavy rains to Guam on the 11th and 12th.
- Flood and High Surf in Guam, October 10 to 15, 2013A developing tropical cyclone and a monsoon surge brought heavy rain and gusty |winds to the Marianas. On 10 October the disturbance that would become Tropical Depression 25W passes close to Guam. As it passed it generated heavy showers and gusty winds over the area.
- Hurricane and Flooding in Guam, August 1 to 30, 1997August saw an active Monsoon trough place itself across the region. This caused copious amounts of rain across the Marianas Islands. This resulted in numerous periods of heavy rainfall and localized Urban and Small Stream flooding.
- Flooding and High Wind in Guam, September 19 to 20, 2013A monsoon trough could be found near or over the Marianas for much of the month|of September. At times during the first half of the month it could be found south of Guam. During the second half of the month it became more active and was either over or north of Guam.
- Hurricane and Tropical Storm in Guam, October 15 to 18, 1997Typhoon Ivan (27W) formed on the 9th about 300 miles east of Majuro in the Marshall Islands. It remained weak for a few days as it passed through the Marshalls and casued no damage. It became a tropical stormon the 13th.
- Flood in Guam, October 14, 2001An Inverted Trough and an upper level low was also moved across the region. The upper level low enhanced precipitation across Guam resulting in heavy showers during the day. At the National Weather Service Office in Tiyan the rain started at 1013 and ended by 2336.
- Flood in Guam, September 2, 2011A tropical disturbance brought heavy rain and local flooding to Guam on the morning of Friday September 2nd.
- Flood and Lightning Strike in Guam, July 5 to 6, 1999Strong thunderstorms moved across the island from 2200 to midnight. Frequent lightning and heavy rain pushed across the island. Lightning hit a 115 kilovolt main transmission line that runs from the Cabras Power Plant to Nimitz Hill at around 2315.
- Flood in Guam, September 26, 20024.93 inches fellon the 26th at NWS Guam with 3.65 inches falling between 1000 and 1600. Enhanced monsoon flow caused the rain over the Maraiana Islands. Some streets and few houses in Barrigada were flooded.
- Flood in Guam, September 20, 2002Flooding occurred on Saipan. rocks and all sorts of debris were washed down by rainwater from the hills to nearby roads in Dandan, As Lito, Chalan Kiya, Chinatown, Garapan, Tanapag, San Roque, Achugao, Capital Hill and Kagman.
- Flood and Lightning Strike in Guam, August 1, 2000Lightning damage caused power blackouts in parts of Maite, Tumon, Tamuning and Barrigada. The lightning began around 1030 am. The thunderstorms formed over the island during the afternoon as a result of converging sea breeze winds.
- Flood in Guam, December 5 to 7, 1999Unusually high tides were experienced on Pohnpei. This caused flooding in some of the houses along the coastline. Some of the dwellings were reported to have water flood their low levels. Houses built on 10 foot high cement pilings were high enough to escape the flooding.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in Guam, September 9 to 13, 2024TS Bebinca originated in the Federated States of Micronesia near Pohnpei and Kosrae as a surface trough. Bebinca gradually consolidated into a closed low-level circulation as it moved WNW past Pohnpei and Chuuk as was monitored as Invest 95W.
- Flash Flood and Flooding in Guam, October 11, 2022A monsoon trough, extending across the Philippines and into the Mariana Islands, brought periods of heavy rain to Guam leading to flooding during the morning of October 11th.
- Flood in Guam, July 17 to 28, 1998On the 17th a funnel cloud was sighted west of the Tiyan Weather Office.On the 21st showers and thunderstorms developed over Guam and moved slowly along the western shoreline of the island.
- Flash Flood and Flooding in Guam, January 8 to 11, 2023A shear line dropping south into the Marianas and interacting with a nearby trade-wind trough brought heavy rain to the Marianas. The WFO on Guam reported a 24 hour total of 2.97 inches on January 8th and a five day total from January 8th to January 12th of 7.56 inches.
- Flooding in Guam, July 29 to 30, 1999Between Midnight and 0400 2.07 inches of rain fell at the National Weather Service Office in Tiyan. An additional 0.74 of an inch of rain fell between 2200 and midnight , most falling between 2300 and midnight.
- Flood and High Wind in Guam, August 10, 2000A monsoon depression moved across the area and became Tropical Depression 15W west of Guam on the 9th. It eventually increased strength to become Tropical Storm Ewiniar on the 10th when it was well to the northwest of Guam.
- Flood and Lightning Strike in Guam, July 15, 2000Inland showers and thunderstorms formed over Guam. Lightning from the thunderstorms caused power outages to northern and central portions of the island. The power was out for an hour an a half.
- Flood in Guam, July 10 to 11, 1997Heavy rain fell across Guam onthe 10th, with a daily total of 2.85 inches being recored at the Tiyan Weather Office. 2.69 inches fell from 160 to midnight.Super Typhoon Rosie (10W) moved through the Guam Area of Responsibility from the 15th to the 24th.
- Flood in Guam, January 27, 1997On the 28th of January (Guam time) a shear line was draped across the Marianas Islands. It became quite active with heavy rain occurring over Guam. Thundershowers were reported in the early morning hours. Weather radar showed heavy showers moving across Guam.
- Flood in Guam, November 9, 1999Upper level divergence on the back side of an upper level low enhanced shower activity across the Marianas Islands. This brought showers and thunderstorms to Guam between midnight and 0500.
- Flood in Guam, February 12 to 13, 1999Showers caused by a tropical disturbance southeast of Guam brought heavy rains to the island with 3.37 inches of rain falling on the 12th alone. This caused Urban and Small Stream flooding across the islandon the 12th and the morning of the 13th.
- Flood in Guam, January 14, 1999On the morning of the 14th a shear line stretched across the area. Heavy showers developed along the shear line and moved across the southern sections of Guam. This caused brief flooding in this area
