One home was blown completely off its foundation. Numerous trees and power lines were snapped. Reported by the Walton County EMA.

Several streets between Mary Esther and Fort Walton Beach had to be closed for several hours due to the high water. Rainfall estimates across the area were between two and five inches.

• Tornado in Alabama, September 25, 2002$25,000 · F0 · 1 eventA weak tornado moved across part of Gulf State Park. The tornado was spawned from a storm that moved in from the Gulf of Mexico. The weak tornado flipped a couple of trailers and also blew down trees and power lines in the Park. No injuries were reported.
