- Blizzard and Ice Storm in Alaska, March 16 to 19, 1999An extremely intense storm moved up toward the extreme Western Aleutians late Tuesday continuing to just south of Adak as a 946mb center 9pm Wednesday.
- Debris Flows and Flooding in Alaska, December 1 to 5, 2020A large plume of concentrated moisture or Atmospheric River (AR) with an associated low-pressure system moved across the Pacific Ocean and transported tropical moisture from the southwest which impacted Southeast Alaska (SEAK) from December 1st through December 2nd.
- Winter Storm and Heavy Snow in Alaska, January 26 to 28, 2000A complex low, preceded by a northward moving front through Prince William Sound and the Kenai Peninsula, moved northward through Prince William Sound Wednesday.
- Heavy Snow in Alaska, December 17 to 18, 2000Snow was caused by a cold front aloft, moving across low level arctic air. This event was preceded by an upper elevation/Turnagain Arm wind advisory.This was the second significant snow of 2000 - 2001 winter season.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Alaska, February 17 to 19, 2009A 970 mb low in the central Bering Sea on the afternoon of the 17th tracked to the southern Chukchi Sea on the afternoon of the 18th, and then along the arctic coast on the 19th. This storm system brought heavy snow and blizzard conditions to much of northern Alaska.
- Blizzard and Avalanche in Alaska, February 1 to 3, 2012A large intense north Pacific storm moved across Kodiak Island into the lower Cook Inlet and south central region of Alaska the afternoon of February 1st.
- Heavy Snow in Alaska, April 25 to 26, 2008A stalled cold front over south central Alaska dumped from 14 to 22 inches of snow over the region. This event was the third heaviest one day snowfall for Anchorage.
- Heavy Snow in Alaska, October 12 to 14, 1996The arctic front extended from the southern Copper River Basin into the extreme eastern Kenai Peninsula.
- Blizzard and Winter Storm in Alaska, February 10 to 12, 2001A storm as low as 961 mb moved north over the Bering Sea on the 10th, filling to 983 mb by the time it reached the western Chukchi Sea on the evening of the 11th.
- Storm Surge and Heavy Snow in Alaska, October 18 to 20, 2004A low pressure center of 978 mb moved north over the central Aleutians on the evening of the 17th and deepened to 941 mb as it reached the Gulf of Anadyr the evening of the 18th, about 400 miles west of Nome.
- Storm Surge and Heavy Snow in Alaska, January 21 to 24, 1999A major weather change, that began Tuesday, January 19th, gained momentum as the days moved ahead to Thursday, January 21st. A moderate 974mb low curved northeast to its position just south of Shemya at 3am Thursday.
- Blizzard and Heavy Snow in Alaska, November 2 to 4, 2004The "Election Day" storm originated as a large Bering Sea storm. This system produced a strong pressure gradient as it moved toward the Gulf Coast of Alaska. It intensified as it moved through the Eastern Aleutians and approached the Bristol Bay coastline.
- Blizzard and Ice Storm in Alaska, November 11 to 14, 2013A complex low pressure center of 993 mb over Kamchatka on the morning of the 12th moved to the southeast Beaufort Sea near Barter Island on the morning of the 14th deepening to 979 mb.
- Blizzard and Ice Storm in Alaska, November 8 to 11, 2013A large and persistent area of high pressure which developed over the North Pacific forced the jet stream northward, which directed a series of very strong low pressure systems into the Bering Sea from the 6th through the 14th of November.
- Blizzard and Extreme Cold in Alaska, February 1 to 4, 2000A large low pressure system moved north into the eastern Bering Sea on 01 Feb. A break-off center moved northeast from the Yukon Delta to the Arctic Slope on 02 Feb. A third center moved north from the Pribilofs to the Gulf of Anadyr on 03 Feb.
- Winter Storm and Heavy Snow in Alaska, January 11 to 17, 2011January 11 through January 17th. A 1060 MB super high cell built over the northern Alcan 1/11 and extended to the southeast over the Yukon. Pressure gradients were extreme for gap outflow offshore winds. This pattern persisted for days as a result of a blocking high aloft.
- Heavy Snow in Alaska, January 16 to 19, 2005A major overrunning precipitation event took place in Southeast Alaska during this time. In response to a low pressure system approaching the Panhandle from the southwest, an arctic front moved down through Lynn Canal on Saturday the 15th.
- Heavy Snow and High Wind in Alaska, December 21 to 22, 1999Strong southeasterly winds blew across the Gulf of Alaska Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of a moderate front. While wind gusts were generally 40 to 60 mph ahead of the front, reports of stronger winds were received.
- Blizzard and Debris Flows in Alaska, November 1 to 2, 2020Deep low pressure tracked northward along the outer coast causing impacts across Southeast Alaska beginning Halloween night through November 2nd.

- Storm Surge and Blizzard in Alaska, November 20 to 22, 2003A 984 mb low pressure center in the north Bering Sea on the morning of the 20th deepened to 975 mb near the Bering Strait on the morning of the 21st and continued to move northeast, weakening to 990 mb near Kotzebue on the morning of the 22nd.
- Blizzard and Heavy Snow in Alaska, April 6 to 7, 2011A large intense Bering Sea storm impacted Alaska from the Aleutian Islands to south central Alaska April 5th through the 7th. Wind gust reached 94 mph along Turnagain Arm and ranged from 72 to 78 mph along the Aleutian Islands, Alaska Peninsula and Pribilof Islands.
- Heavy Snow and High Surf in Alaska, September 2 to 5, 2014A 998 mb low pressure center moved from the high Arctic south toward Barrow on the 3rd then east toward Banks Island on the 4th. The low brought gusty west to northwest winds along the Arctic coast from the 3rd through the morning of the 5th.
- Heavy Snow in Alaska, December 22 to 26, 2012Four-days of heavy snowfall left several feet of snow in the Seldovia/Homer/Anchor Point, Alaska area resulting in widespread power outages in the communities and two sunken fishing vessels.
- Heavy Snow and High Wind in Alaska, January 25 to 26, 2001An intense 955 mb low crossed Unalaska Thursday morning, moving into the southeast Bering Sea later in the day.
