The heaviest snow fell in the Tetons, where there were many reports of over a foot of new snow with a maximum amount of 25 inches at the top of the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Other notable amounts included 20 inches in the Salt and Wyoming Range, 15 inches in the Bighorn Range, 14 inches in the western Wind River Range and 12 inches on Casper Mountain. Lesser amounts fell in the lower elevations. However, in northern Johnson County, a combination of snow and wind gusting to 50 mph brought closures of Interstates 25 and 90 for a time.
