What happened

The episode as NWS FGZ wrote it up.

The last of three winter storms moved through starting the night of February 19th and lasting through the morning of February 20th. This was the coldest storm of the three with snow falling lower than the previous two storms. However, this was another fast moving storm with gusty high winds, so snowfall amounts were difficult to measure and lower than expected.
