Emergency Manager reported roadway closure due to flooding on Whitetown Rd at Stevens Creek which overflowed its banks. New Hope Rd just south of Whitetown Rd was also closed due to flooding.

Trained spotter reported a stalled vehicle due to ponding of water on Dogwood Avenue near the intersection of Peach Street. Additional areas of poor drainage led to standing water in portions of downtown Ridgeway.
