A flooded road was reported in the center of Barceloneta, at the traffic light in front of Fernando Suria school. The road was not impassable, as cars were still passing through with difficulty.
One lane of PR-26, Expreso Roman Baldorioty de Castro, heading toward western San Juan, was flooded, forcing cars to use the remaining lanes to pass.
