High temperatures in the mid-to-upper 90s across the Lower Susquehanna Valley, with dew points in the mid-70s allowed for heat index values to approach 105 degrees across portions of Dauphin County, with much of the Lower Susquehanna Valley topping out with heat index values between 100 degrees and 105 degrees.
