Received social media video of a distant vortex or landspout tornado. It formed along intersecting outflow boundaries. Inconclusive whether the rotating column extended to the base of the cloud. Exact duration unknown but likely very short lived. Damage unknown but likely none to minimal as it was out in open desert.

ADOT reported State Route 87 closed due to flooding of an underpass at milepost 342 in Winslow.
