Slow-moving showers and storms produced flash flooding across portions of southern New Hampshire. Heavy rainfall rates over 2-3 per hour resulted in local accumulations over 3 inches across the City of Manchester.

Severe flooding along Amherst Street, Conant Street, Main street near stone bridge, Rimmon Street, Beech Street, Cilley Street, South Willow Street at the end of Union Street in Central Manchester.
