No severe storms are expected but a few stronger storms with small hail are possible. The reason for no severe storms is the lack of shear to separate the updraft and downdraft so they don't collapse on themselves and to get them rotating. The upper level pattern will mostly stay the same with the upper level high still moving to the west. This will start to limit some storm development through the weekend, although there are still chances on and off. Otherwise highs will stay in the 80s through the entire forecast period. .LONG TERM...(Saturday Night through Friday) Issued at 230 PM CDT Fri Jun 2 2023 As mentioned before the upper level high will continue moving in from the east, and taming down our storm chances some.
