A couple of inches of snow combined with 50 to 65 mph wind gusts caused interstate 84 to be closed from 633 AM to 849 AM near mile marker 258 in the Sweetser Summit area due to an issue with a semi. At 946 AM an 18 wheeler was blown over on interstate 84 near mile marker 229 south of Yale Road. Visibility between 1/4 and 1/2 mile occurred from 2 AM to 315 AM northwest of Idahome on the interstate.

Two to 4 inches of snow fell and combined with strong winds to create hazardous travel. Rocky Mountain Power reported 400 customers without power by 530 AM due to the winds and snow in the Ashton area and north. A jackknifed semi trailer occurred on US Highway 20 just north of Idaho Highway 87 blocking the road at 909 AM. Fremont County reported numerous crashes and slide offs in the Island Park area.

One to 4 inches of snowfall combined with strong winds to cause hazardous travel and power outages in the region. Close to 300 customers were reported without power in the Menan area. Fremont County emergency manager reported minor injuries from a vehicle rollover west of St Anthony.
