The Knightdale Fire Department conducted fifteen to twenty water rescues along Knightdale Blvd in the town of Knightdale.
The left lane of Interstate 400 West was flooded near Glenwood Ave.
Multiple boats were used to conduct a water rescue along Countrywood Ln to rescue a woman on top of a vehicle in the water of the washed-out road.
Several roads were reported as flooded in the city of Fayetteville.
