The drought status remained unchanged through the month. D3 Extreme Drought persisted over Dundy and parts of Hitchcock and Red Willow counties. A broad corridor of D4 Exceptional Drought continued over parts of Hitchcock and Red Willow counties. Precipitation amounts ranged from a hundredth to one inch. This was up to two inches below normal.
