A meandering frontal zone was across North Central Florida as surface high pressure wedged an axis southward across GA. The onshore gradient between these two features produced gusty winds and enhanced low level isentropic lift near the meandering front which produced periods of heavy rainfall across portions of the coast and NE FL.
