Numerous callers driving towards central to eastward villages of Tutuila (Fagatogo to Leloaloa going east) reported all streams over flowing onto the road and into the ocean. This caused flooding and fast flowing water on roadways, rock slides, and numerous cars to be partially submerged in water. The National Parks rain gauge in Pago Pago recorded 3.29 inches of rain during this event.
