Across northern portions of Somerset...Piscataquis and Penobscot counties accumulations generally ranged from 6 to 10 inches. Across central portions of the forecast area the snow transitioned to a wintry mix through the evening of the 24th...with the wintry mix transitioning to mostly rain Downeast which led to lesser snow accumulations across those areas.
