Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.
Strong winds were measured and felt across much of southeastern Wyoming. Several locations across the wind prone areas and high plains had gusts into the middle 60 to middle 70 mph range. Heavy snow followed closely behind the high winds with reports of heavy snow for much of the western mountains and northern high plains. Snow totals in the mountains of the Sierra Madre and Snowy Ranges in the 20 to even up to 60 inches of new snowfall. Areas in the High Plains received half a foot of snow to a foot and half in some places.

Site at Medicine bow or twenty-one miles south-southeast of Elk Mountain measured a storm total of sixty inches of snowfall. This was measured using a snow water equivalent of 4.0 inches and a snow to liquid ratio of 15 to 1.

Blackhall Mountain site had a snow water equivalent measurement of 3.3 inches and using a snow to liquid ratio of 15 to 1, estimated snowfall calculated out to be 49.5 inches. Several other Snotel sites had snowfall measurements in the upper 30s and upper 40 inch ranges.

A Union Pacific Railroad sensor 11 miles west-southwest of Warren Air Force Base had multiple reports of wind gusts exceeding 70 mph. Nearby sensor along Interstate 80 had measured gusts in the 60 mph range.

Public report on Facebook of heavy snow measuring 7.5 inches ten miles north of Lusk. A CO-OP observer eleven miles north-northeast of Lance Creek measured 6.3 inches of snow in addition to another public report of 6.0 inches in Manville.
