A strong low pressure area brought several hours of moderate to heavy snow to southern WI. Several inches of snow accumulated. Roads became snow covered and wind gusts in the 30 mph range aided in very low visibilities. Many schools over south central WI were delayed 2 hours. Vehicle slide-offs and accidents occurred.
