Heat index values around 100 degrees.
Two to three days of hot and humid conditions produced heat index values in the 100's. Numerous cooling centers were opened by local communities throughout southern WI.

Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.
