Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.

An upper level low brought a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain to central Indiana the evening of November 14 into the early morning hours of November 15. The wintry mix created hazardous travel conditions, caused power outages affecting over 60,000 people (according to Indiana Department of Energy), and caused damage to trees. Most of the ice fell across the eastern two thirds of central Indiana, with light snow across the western third. Ice amounts generally ranged from a tenth of an inch to three-tenths of an inch.

25 ice storm. Local standard time, as filed.
A quarter of an inch of ice accumulation was reported with this storm system. Tree limbs were also reported to be down as well.
Trees were downed in Shoals due to ice accumulations associated with this storm system. Power went out at the jail briefly as well. A tree was also noted as being downed in Loogootee due to ice accumulations. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred.
A couple trees were reported to be downed on the east side of the county due to ice accumulations associated with this storm system. One of these trees was downed on State Road 54. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred.
One quarter of an inch of ice accumulation was observed in Bedford. Multiple trees were down county-wide. Some of them on to power lines. Power was out sporadically through the county. At least 3106 were without power at the time this report was received. Trees were downed and power outages were noted in Bedford as well.
Power was reported to be out in numerous locations across the county due to power lines snapping from the weight of the ice accumulations. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred. Power was restored to most of the county by 10:30 AM EST.
A couple observations of a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation was reported on the southeast side of Bloomington from this storm system. Some tree branches were downed.
The emergency manager reports that at least 1007 people were without power and several streets were closed due to downed trees from ice accumulation. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred.
The emergency manager reports that ice accumulation from the recent storm system resulted in approximately 2900 power outages. EMS reported only a few crashes with no life threatening injuries. The 911 Center reported many trees downed from the weight of accumulated ice. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred.
One eighth to one quarter of an inch of ice accumulation was observed in Nashville. Multiple trees were down county-wide, especially on Highway 46. Power outages were noted, particularly across the eastern part of the county. At least 686 were without power when the report was received.
One quarter of an inch of ice accumulation was observed near Columbus and Taylorsville. Trees with leaves on the east side of Columbus were leaning heavily. A couple of the trees split. Also, power outages were noted in Columbus with three tenths of an inch of ice accumulation.
Trees were downed, slide-offs occurred, and there were power outages in Greensburg due to ice accumulation. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred. Greensburg schools were closed on the 15th.
Numerous trees were downed along Interstate 70 through Putnam County due to ice accumulation from this storm system. It is estimated that at least a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation occurred.
Three tenths of an inch of ice accumulation was observed in the Brooklyn area from this storm system. No other reports of impacts were received.
A quarter to three tenths of an inch of ice accumulation was observed in and near the Greenwood area from this storm system. No other reports of impacts were received.
Trees were reported down all over Shelby County due to ice accumulations. Power was also reported to be out in spots. Large tree branches and power lines were reported to be down in Shelbyville as well.
Ice accumulation of 0.30 was reported from just east-southeast of the Clayton area. This report was received via Twitter. No other impacts were noted.
Ice accumulation of 0.30 was reported from just northwest of the Camby area. Duke Energy and Indianapolis Power and Light combined to report over 50,000 customers without power across central Indiana. No other impacts were noted.
Numerous tree limbs were reported down all over Hancock County due to ice accumulations. Several large trees were damaged near Greenfield. Power was also reported to be out in areas.
Ice accumulation of 0.25 was reported from the Rushville area. This report was received via Twitter. No other impacts were noted.
At least five accidents occurred in Boone County due to ice accumulations. Trees were damaged and numerous power lines were reported down over the county.
Ice accumulation of 0.25-0.30 was reported from a number of locations in the southern half of Hamilton County. Small branches and limbs were downed and roads were slick due to ice accumulation.
Ice accumulation of 0.25 was reported from just southwest of New Castle in Henry County. A large tree branch was also reported down in New Castle due to ice accumulation.
Ice accumulation of 0.25 was reported from just south-southeast of Edgewood in Madison County. Tree limbs were downed and Madison County Emergency Management reported a number of power outages due to the ice accumulation.
Ice accumulation of 0.25-0.30 was reported from a few locations in Delaware County. Tree limbs were also reported to be downed due to the ice accumulation.
Numerous power outages were reported in Randolph County, specifically near Winchester, due to ice accumulation. This report was received via Twitter.
