East central South Dakota into southwest Minnesota will likely find wind chills into the 20s below zero, with wind chills between 10 below and 20 below zero for the remainder of the area. Additional dangerous wind chills will be possible at times mid to late week, especially from Thursday night into the weekend as another arctic air push moves into the region. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
