Isolated to scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will then prevail east of Tucson Monday through Friday. && .DISCUSSION...Expect sunny skies today as a very dry regime (27/12Z KTWC sounding total precip water value of only 0.24 inch) prevails across southeast Arizona. The winds will not be as strong as during the past several days, but occasional gusts will still occur this afternoon into early this evening. The strongest wind speeds should prevail east to south of Tucson. There are no updates planned at this time. Please refer to the additional sections for further detail. && .AVIATION...Valid thru 28/18Z. Clear skies will prevail into Sunday morning. A dust devil peeled the composite roofing material off the flat-topped roof of a home near 22nd and Wilmot in Tucson. Cracks in the roof/ceiling of the house also resulted.
