SC Highway Patrol reported a tree down near the intersection of Columbia Ave. and Peak St.
Street flooding reported on St Davids Church Rd and Bradley Dr.
Street flooding on Hebron Drive and Leaphart Road.
Street flooding reported on Hummingbird Drive and US 378.
Flash Flooding was reported in parts of Orangeburg. The water entered three county buildings, including the library, the courthouse and the law enforcement complex. The emergency manager estimates 40 structures were flooded, with 20 to 25 of them sustaining substantial damage. An apartment complex had 5 buildings with 2 to 3 feet of water in them. A daycare center also had 2 feet of water in the building. Numerous cars were also submerged.
