TIMING: GREATEST THREAT FOR SEVERE WILL BE DURING THE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.
DISCUSSION: LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK ALONG A NEARLY STATIONARY
FRONT ACROSS NORTHERN INDIANA LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY...INCREASING IN COVERAGE AND
INTENSITY LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EVENING. STORMS WILL
DECREASE IN COVERAGE OVERNIGHT AS THE LOW SHIFTS OFF TO THE EAST.

A three-foot diameter chunk of the tree snapped and took out power lines approximately 1.5 miles north of the intersection of Highway 52 and Klondike Road. There was partial rot in the heartwood, otherwise, it was a healthy tree.
