Light southeast winds brought moisture to the Texas Panhandle during the evening of the 6th and as temperatures cooled fog formed. Dense fog resulted in visibility at or less than one quarter mile for at least a short period during the indicated time range in or near the cities of Claude (Donley County), Libscomb (Libscomb County) and Wellington (Collingsworth County).

Dense fog resulted in visibility at or less than one quarter mile for at least a short period during the indicated time range in or near the cities of Claude (Donley County), Libscomb (Libscomb County) and Wellington (Collingsworth County). By 9 AM CST, the dense fog had dissipated. By 9:00 AM CST, the fog had dissipated.
